Custom Inquiries

Custom CRUX

If you are in the market to get your very own Custom CRUX, you are in just the right place! Please check out the process and review some key information before you get started.

How does this work?

  1. Gather your inspiration pics and details for your custom look.

  2. Get your measurements and submit them below. (Don’t worry, you will be contacted if more measurements are needed.)

  3. Review the Key Information below.

  4. Submit your inquiry.

  5. You will be contacted at the number you provide at time scheduled in Central time.

Things to know:

  • Scheduled times are in CENTRAL time as CRUX is based in Dallas, Texas.

  • All custom projects are created at the discretion of CRUX.

  • It’s a numbers game and measurements are tricky. Garments are created with flexibility and ease and allows room in the event that measurements are inaccurate by 1 inch.

  • Inspiration is just that, inspiration. The CRUX interpretation of your inspiration photos may be different from your vision but we can work together to get aligned. We can not deliver a carbon copy of someone else’s work.

  • Customized looks should be expected to be received a week prior (UNLESS your order and/or pertinent info is received less than 3 weeks prior to final date).

  • You are responsible for alterations that may be required.

  • Garments cannot be shipped without receipt of the full balance. No exceptions.

  • No refunds. Only exchange, credit or alterations by CRUX.

  • All custom CRUX project require a consultation. Please book one below.

  • At the scheduled time, you will be contacted at the number provided. The call will be from from (469)224-0214.

  • If your scheduled time no longer works, you can change the appointment at any time.
